Provide front-line outreach, intake, and enrollment at a homeless resource center and shelter; connect guests to day services and emergency shelter; maintain confidential records in HMIS and EHR; coordinate with staff and partners; support low-barrier, trauma-informed, harm-reduction service delivery.

Provides IT support and administrative coordination in a hybrid role. Responsibilities include installing and updating hardware and software, resolving helpdesk issues through Freshworks, documenting resolutions, maintaining Microsoft 365 and other systems, coordinating vendors and projects, producing reports, and supporting purchasing, asset tracking, training, audits, and budget documentation.

Supervises daily operations of a short-term residential therapeutic program for youth with complex behavioral and mental health needs. Oversees regulatory compliance, documentation, staffing, scheduling, employee development, budgets, safety, treatment-plan implementation, multidisciplinary coordination, complaints, and quality improvement. Maintains a trauma-informed therapeutic environment and ensures compliance with Community Care Licensing and Department of Health Care Services requirements.
