Forward Deployed Engineers own technical delivery from design through deployment and handoff, collaborate closely with customer engineering teams, document and train users, and feed recurring customer needs back to Product and Engineering. The role requires production software engineering, agent or integration experience, adaptability across unfamiliar codebases, strong customer-facing communication, and experience shipping difficult deployments. Travel is 30–50% during active engagements.

Responsibilities include researching agentic AI developments, prototyping capabilities, defining architectures, integrating runtime, policy, and observability layers, engaging strategic customers, representing the company externally, and improving operational reliability.
