Build and ship end-to-end analytics features for Redpanda’s Agentic Data Plane, including audit logs, transcripts, and agent network capabilities. Build and operate Redpanda Cloud’s shared UI platform, including independently deployable microfrontends, host and remote contracts, graceful degradation, testing, observability, release workflows, and design-system components. Develop customer-facing data-intensive web applications with React and TypeScript, collaborate across frontend and backend teams, contribute to architecture standards, support on-call operations, and mentor teammates through pairing and code review.

Own the post-sale technical relationship with customers, leading onboarding, architecture reviews, production launches, cluster health checks, usage reviews, and technical escalations. Partner with Support, Engineering, Product, and Solutions Architecture to resolve issues, communicate customer requirements, improve adoption, and drive technical success, expansion, and retention.

Own the technical direction and implementation of authentication, authorization, and on-behalf-of delegation for Redpanda’s agentic AI platform. Extend its OAuth authorization server and token vault, build auditable delegation systems, and federate with enterprise identity providers such as Okta, Entra, and Ping. Lead technical decisions across multiple engineering teams, track emerging agent identity standards, collaborate with security and product teams, mentor engineers, represent technical positions externally, and deliver production-hardened systems.

Lead two globally distributed engineering pods responsible for Redpanda Cloud’s customer-facing surfaces and commerce systems. Hire and build the Warsaw team, manage the Americas team, own roadmap delivery, and partner across Product, Design, Finance, and customer-facing functions. Oversee billing, metering, payments, marketplace integrations, reliability, incident response, career development, and cross-team execution while maintaining high standards for correctness, operational excellence, and asynchronous collaboration.

Owns Redpanda Cloud’s usage-based billing and payment services end to end, including Metronome metering, Stripe credit-card management, invoicing, reconciliation, and auditability. The role involves designing, building, operating, and evolving distributed systems; partnering with finance, product, customer success, and engineering; maintaining secure customer-facing UIs; and participating in on-call support.

Design, build, and operate Redpanda’s Agentic Data Plane and cloud services across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Lead architecture and technical projects, develop scalable and reliable systems, automate infrastructure provisioning and self-healing, and ensure resilience, observability, security, and zero-downtime upgrades. Participate in on-call escalation, collaborate across engineering and customer-facing teams, and help achieve a 99.99% SLA.

Enterprise Account Executive responsible for acquiring and closing complex enterprise and mid-market opportunities. The role involves outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, technical evaluations, executive engagement, sales campaign management, pipeline generation, forecasting, and coordinating internal resources to secure new customers. Candidates need substantial open-source software, SaaS, cloud, and infrastructure sales experience, a strong enterprise hunting background, and a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
