Qualify inbound leads through rapid, thoughtful responses and discovery conversations. Build relationships with engineering and platform teams, qualify opportunities, and create strong handoffs to Account Executives. Maintain accurate Salesforce data, partner with Marketing on lead quality and messaging, meet pipeline and conversion targets, develop expertise in Redpanda and data streaming, and suggest process improvements.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will build production-quality agents and data pipelines on-site with strategic customers, ensuring technical deliverables are well integrated and maintainable. You'll work in diverse environments to develop software solutions and communicate effectively with customer engineering teams.

The Technical Support Engineer will deliver exceptional technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with engineering teams, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure customer satisfaction and success with Redpanda's products.
