Lead and scale Redo's IT org owning strategy, budget, identity (Okta), fleet management, wired/wireless networks, site rollouts, vendor contracts, SOC 2 compliance, incident response, and automation with AI while hiring and developing the team.

Own and scale Redo's end-to-end GRC program (SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, PCI, HIPAA). Translate controls into engineering requirements, lead audits, manage vendor risk, enable compliance in sales, drive GRC tooling and AI automation, and maintain policies, access reviews, and training.

The Solutions Architect is responsible for architecting customer deployments, expanding product usage, engaging in sales cycles, and building customer relationships to drive account growth and technical solutions.
