As a Senior/Staff Software Engineer, you will lead web application development and integrations, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality project delivery.

Provide day-to-day internal IT support: manage Mac/Windows device lifecycle via MDM, troubleshoot hardware/software and network issues, install and maintain workstation and meeting-room AV, provision/deprovision users in Okta/Google Workspace/1Password, document resolutions, support security compliance, and assist with on-site warehouse IT needs while automating tasks with AI tools.

The Solutions Architect is responsible for architecting customer deployments, expanding product usage, engaging in sales cycles, and building customer relationships to drive account growth and technical solutions.
