Designs and scales GitLab CI/CD infrastructure, developer tooling, automated validation pipelines, deployment workflows, observability, and AI-enabled engineering tools. The role optimizes builds, runners, caching, artifacts, release automation, environment management, rollback processes, and developer feedback loops. It also develops reliability and security validation frameworks, diagnoses complex application and infrastructure failures, mentors engineers, provides technical guidance, and leads cross-functional initiatives that improve engineering velocity and operational excellence.

Own and scale Redo's end-to-end GRC program (SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, PCI, HIPAA). Translate controls into engineering requirements, lead audits, manage vendor risk, enable compliance in sales, drive GRC tooling and AI automation, and maintain policies, access reviews, and training.

The Solutions Architect is responsible for architecting customer deployments, expanding product usage, engaging in sales cycles, and building customer relationships to drive account growth and technical solutions.
