The Role
Own Redo’s platform positioning, messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, content and thought leadership, sales enablement, customer insights, and product marketing strategy. The role partners across marketing, sales, product, and post-sales to drive pipeline, retention, adoption, and multi-product expansion. Initially hands-on, the leader will build scalable processes and hire and develop a product marketing team as the company grows.

About Redo:

Redo helps ecommerce brands make more from every order. Our platform covers returns, shipping, checkout, email and SMS, AI support, and payments, and more than 4,500 brands use it today. We went from $0 to $100M+ in revenue in three years, the fastest growth of any company in Utah history, and recently raised $81M. We thrive when our merchants thrive.

Position overview:

Redo has outgrown its own description. We started as a returns app and now sell many products across returns, shipping, checkout, marketing, and payments, but most merchants still know us for one of them. You'll change that. You'll own how Redo is positioned, launched, and sold, and you'll be measured on whether it shows up in pipeline, retention, and multi-product adoption.

You'll start hands-on, writing and launching yourself, then build the team as we continue to scale.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the platform story. Define the narrative that makes Redo the default e-commerce growth platform rather than a collection of point tools, and make sure every cloud's positioning ladders up to it.

  • Set the narrative across every touchpoint. Turn the platform story into the messaging and copy that runs everywhere we show up: website, paid, social, email and SMS, events, and sales decks. Partner with the owners of web, social, paid, and content so every channel tells the same story.

  • Keep it consistent as we scale. Build the messaging guides, copy standards, and review loops that let new products and campaigns launch on-message without everything routing through you.

  • Build our credibility in the market. Own the content and thought leadership strategy that makes Redo the voice ecommerce operators trust: original research drawn from what we see across thousands of brands, benchmarks, executive POV, and customer stories that get us cited by press, analysts, and AI search.

  • Run launches that move numbers. Build a repeatable launch system (tiering, messaging, web, sales handoff, customer comms, paid, and social) and personally lead the motion. Launches are judged on adoption and pipeline, not assets shipped.

  • Win in the deal. Own competitive intelligence across returns, shipping, and ecommerce marketing. Build battlecards reps actually use, join calls, and know better than anyone why we win and lose.

  • Expand where we've landed. Build enablement that shortens ramp and raises win rate and multi-product attach. Work closely with lifecycle marketing and post-sales to determine the right next product at the right time.

  • Be the voice of the merchant. Run win/loss analysis and customer interviews, bring what you learn to GMs and product, and have a real say in packaging, pricing, and roadmap.

  • Build the team. Hire and develop product marketers as the business grows.

Qualifications
  • 7 to 10 years in B2B SaaS product marketing.

  • You've positioned a multi-product platform and run launches across several products at once.

  • You work close to revenue. You've been inside deals and can point to win rate, attach, or pipeline you moved.

  • You write clearly and fast. You can make a multi-product platform obvious to an ecommerce brand.

  • Player-coach. You'll write, build, and launch yourself while hiring the team around you.

  • AI fluency. You already use modern AI tools to research, write, and ship faster.

Preferred qualifications:
  • You've built or scaled product marketing at a high-growth startup, ideally through a stage like ours (roughly $10M to $100M+ in revenue).

  • Ecommerce, Shopify ecosystem, or merchant-facing SaaS experience.

  • You've moved a company from point solution to platform.

  • You've launched AI products and know how to make the claims credible.

  • You've hired and managed product marketers.

  • Pricing and packaging ownership.

  • You've led functions beyond product marketing, such as content, web, or brand.

Benefits and Perks:
  • Medical coverage starting at $20/mo, plus dental, vision, and $50K life insurance (company-paid, auto-enrolled)

  • Redo contributes up to $2,400/year directly into your HSA

  • Up to 12 weeks fully paid parental leave for birthing parents; 4 weeks for non-birthing parents

  • $100/month childcare reimbursement

  • Flexible PTO and 7 company holidays

  • On-site gym with 24/7 access, pickleball, basketball, sauna, and cold plunge

  • Free dinner Mon to Thu, Friday lunch, and a fully stocked break room

  • $100/month to spend with Redo merchants, plus monthly on-site perks

The Redo team is located in Draper, Utah. This role is in office 5 days a week.

Redo is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
