Develop and enhance configurable SaaS and enterprise software platforms in Java and .NET environments. Responsibilities include analysis, design, software development, collaboration with product owners, and participation in an Agile/Scrum team. The role may involve cloud mobility, data visualization, and artificial intelligence technologies, requiring strong problem-solving, independent work, collaboration, and the ability to learn new concepts quickly.

Lead cross-functional teams to plan, track, and deliver software projects on time and on budget. Act as primary client contact to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, changes, and issues. Produce status reports, forecasts, steering-committee materials, and monthly executive updates. Facilitate team collaboration, run status meetings, and escalate as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.

Configure, maintain, support, upgrade, and patch software components and cloud services across on-prem and Azure/AWS environments. Perform research and proof-of-concepts, support CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub), resolve level 2/3 support tickets, analyze root causes, and share knowledge with the team.
