The engineer will evaluate cameras, optics, end effectors, and robotic systems; conduct experiments; and collaborate with process, facilities, controls, software, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams to improve manufacturing yield, throughput, and efficiency.

Develops, optimizes, qualifies, and transfers semiconductor fabrication processes for radiation detector products. Responsibilities include deposition, photolithography, etching, sensor fabrication, DOE and statistical analysis, SOP development, process automation, validation, failure analysis, CAPA, technician training, and manufacturing support. The role is hands-on and onsite, requiring semiconductor manufacturing experience, laboratory research capability, and scientific root-cause problem solving.

Develop and maintain software for semiconductor manufacturing test, characterization, calibration, validation, and production. Build GUIs, APIs, automation tools, database integrations, visualization platforms, and equipment interfaces. Support MES integration, software testing, deployment, debugging, documentation, and continuous improvement while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Develop and optimize production schedules based on demand, capacity, materials, and operational constraints. Manage work orders in Syspro, coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance, and monitor inventory and production KPIs. The role addresses schedule changes, capacity planning, bottlenecks, and continuous improvement while supporting S&OP and potentially overseeing schedulers and material coordinators.

The Verification Manager leads verification activities across concurrent programs, owning requirements traceability, verification planning, prioritization, resource allocation, risk management, and execution. The role coordinates Product Performance, Program Management, Design Engineering, Manufacturing/Test, and customer-facing teams; manages verification engineers and team leads; supports factory acceptance and production testing; and drives structured reporting, continuous improvement, and resolution of verification gaps and test escapes.

Designs and maintains scalable Python ETL pipelines and automation frameworks for high-volume photon-counting CT detector data. Builds Apache Airflow workflows in containerized Linux environments, automates JMP and MATLAB scientific processes, optimizes Parquet-based storage and processing, and enforces data quality, governance, security, and auditability. Collaborates with scientists and engineers to convert manual workflows into reliable scheduled processes while supporting a major production scale-up.
