Designs jigs, fixtures, tooling, and equipment for high-voltage X-ray testing and production environments. Collaborates with production and R&D teams to improve throughput, quality, automation, and repeatability. Creates CAD models, fabrication and assembly drawings, BOMs, schematics, and 3D-printed or CNC-machined parts. Analyzes existing processes and supports equipment sourcing and development. Requires mechanical or mechatronic engineering expertise, manufacturing experience, and knowledge of GD&T and CAD.

Develop and integrate automation hardware for semiconductor sensor inspection, handling, testing, and metrology. The role covers electromechanical design, machine vision, robotics, fixturing, system integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and design documentation. The engineer will evaluate cameras, optics, end effectors, and robotic systems; conduct experiments; and collaborate with process, facilities, controls, software, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams to improve manufacturing yield, throughput, and efficiency.

Develops, optimizes, qualifies, and transfers semiconductor fabrication processes for radiation detector products. Responsibilities include deposition, photolithography, etching, sensor fabrication, DOE and statistical analysis, SOP development, process automation, validation, failure analysis, CAPA, technician training, and manufacturing support. The role is hands-on and onsite, requiring semiconductor manufacturing experience, laboratory research capability, and scientific root-cause problem solving.
