Part-time retail role promoting Red Wing footwear through the Ultimate Fit Experience. Sell products, generate industrial sales leads, meet daily sales goals, maintain store and mobile truck presentation, assist Mobile Sales Representative with truck runs, fittings, loading/unloading stock, and perform physical tasks and housekeeping.

Manage European customer and agent relationships while overseeing end-to-end order fulfillment, including order processing, inventory, backorders, warehousing, and transportation. Provide customer and consumer support, resolve complaints, support reorder and sales activities, monitor shortages, coordinate logistics partners, and assist retail and e-commerce operations. The role also involves using ERP, inventory, payment, and e-commerce systems, maintaining product content, and training temporary staff.

Supervises daily manufacturing operations, including safety, quality, cost, delivery, staffing, scheduling, budgets, and employee engagement. Lead and coach a team of HR Business Partners/Generalists across multiple supply-chain sites, partner with operations leaders to execute HR strategies, drive consistent HR delivery, handle complex employee and labor relations (including union environments), support performance management and workforce planning, and use HR metrics to improve outcomes and compliance.

Design, install, and maintain PLC-based automation systems, vision inspection and ML models, control panels, and robotics/AGV integrations. Troubleshoot, optimize, document control logic and SOPs, retrofit equipment, and ensure safety compliance to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
