Supports Industrial channel and revenue operations by executing financial and operational plans, monitoring KPIs and sales targets, identifying inventory risks, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, supporting selling teams, and preparing sales communications, materials, trade shows, and meetings. The role partners with sales, marketing, demand planning, business analysts, and customers to improve revenue performance and customer experience.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to leaders and employees, supporting employee relations, performance management, talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, change initiatives, engagement, and employee experience. Analyzes workforce trends and metrics, provides recommendations, champions company culture, and partners with HR centers of excellence to implement effective people strategies and programs.

Manage European customer, key account, retail partner, and agent relationships while serving as the primary contact for orders, deliveries, products, and account support. Oversee the full order lifecycle, including processing, inventory, returns, fulfillment, warehousing, and transportation coordination. Support e-commerce growth through product setup, website updates, database administration, and logistics coordination. Resolve customer issues and collaborate with sales, marketing, product, credit, customer service, and distribution teams.

Design, install, and maintain PLC-based automation systems, vision inspection and ML models, control panels, and robotics/AGV integrations. Troubleshoot, optimize, document control logic and SOPs, retrofit equipment, and ensure safety compliance to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
