Hands-on COO/CTO co-founder to build an AI-powered accounting automation platform: define product architecture, build automation pipelines, design operational processes, lead a small tech and ops team, ensure reliability/scalability/compliance, and co-manage company strategy, investor communications, and resource planning.

Co-build and lead an early-stage robotics automation startup as a hands-on CTO co-founder. Architect and implement the MVP, define technical strategy and stack, recruit and mentor engineers, align product and technical requirements with customers, oversee R&D and innovation, and set up CI/CD, infrastructure, and security practices while partnering with the commercial co-founder on company management and growth.

Freelance outbound SDR running high-volume cold calls as primary channel, supported by email/LinkedIn sequences. Enrich target accounts, qualify leads, book/hand off meetings, record CRM notes, and provide market feedback to iterate messaging. Work 15–20 hrs/week during 10:00–15:00 CET; compensation is retainer plus performance bonus.
