Hands-on technical co-founder responsible for developing and scaling robotics automation products. The role includes architecting and prototyping the MVP, designing and sourcing hardware, integrating physical AI with robotics systems, defining the technology roadmap, recruiting and leading engineering teams, and establishing hardware-software development, testing, safety, and compliance practices. The candidate will also translate customer needs into technical requirements and help shape the startup’s technical and commercial direction.

Join as a founder CTO to own technology strategy, design and build an enterprise AI SaaS platform. Hands-on work includes writing production code, making architectural decisions, ensuring security/reliability, evaluating emerging AI tech, and recruiting and leading the engineering team to launch and scale the product.

Own and execute SafeMe's UK go-to-market: audit product and data, define target segments and positioning, build a 3–6 month growth playbook across Meta/TikTok/Google, produce and run creative-led performance campaigns, run continuous A/B tests, and report growth metrics (CAC, CTR, CPC, conversions, retention) to the Board.
