Lead the AI/ML core for a robotics automation startup: design, train, and fine-tune models, build computer vision pipelines, integrate AI with hardware, define the AI stack, mentor engineers, and translate customer feedback into technical requirements.

Owns discovery and development of 0-to-1 digital products from initial concept through MVP and beyond. Responsibilities include user research, market validation, product requirements, roadmap prioritization, KPI tracking, sprint facilitation, cross-functional collaboration, prototyping AI-enabled products, and supporting positioning, pricing, and post-launch feedback. The role requires strong product judgment, autonomy, communication in English and Polish, and practical understanding of LLM capabilities and risks.

Join as a founder CTO to own technology strategy, design and build an enterprise AI SaaS platform. Hands-on work includes writing production code, making architectural decisions, ensuring security/reliability, evaluating emerging AI tech, and recruiting and leading the engineering team to launch and scale the product.
