The role involves being part of a Talent Pipeline to connect with projects in tech startups, focusing on various products and venture building.

Conduct deep market research and talent mapping for senior technical and executive roles; craft hyper-personalized outreach; build long-term candidate pipelines; analyze sourcing metrics; and continuously optimize sourcing tools and techniques.
