Provide evidence-based assessment and psychotherapy (individual, couples, family) to post-9/11 veterans and families using CBT, CPT, and Prolonged Exposure. Conduct intakes, screenings, document progress, coordinate care with teams, attend clinical meetings, deliver telehealth services, and meet training/proficiency requirements in specified EBPs.

Provide and coordinate nursing and psychiatric care for clients, manage medication administration and clinical records, supervise staff scheduling and performance, perform assessments, consult with psychiatrists, ensure compliance and participate in program development and training.

Provide peer-based recovery support for clients with mental health and substance use disorders, including crisis intervention, advocacy, wellness planning (WRAP), safety/psychiatric advance directives, group facilitation, vocational support, community resource linkage, and education on PTSD and acute mental health crises. Attend treatment team meetings and promote self-directed recovery tools.

Provide comprehensive case management for veterans, active-duty personnel, and families. Build resource networks, make referrals, support navigation of services, perform intake and crisis management, document interventions, collaborate with clinical teams, and deliver services in-person and via telehealth.
