Teams at Red Rock Behavioral Health Services

Provides direct support to consumers in a crisis unit, assisting nurses with activities, care plans, documentation, safety monitoring, behavioral interventions, and recreational programming. Maintains close contact with high-risk consumers, supports groups, monitors supplies, and performs basic cooking and cleaning. Requires flexibility, sound judgment, physical stamina, and the ability to work with adults experiencing mental illness in a community-based setting.

Provides peer-based rehabilitation, recovery support, crisis assistance, advocacy, wellness planning, and substance use and mental health education under clinical supervision. Helps clients establish recovery goals, develop safety and wellness plans, build social and vocational skills, access mutual-support groups, and strengthen community relationships. Participates in treatment teams, promotes recovery-oriented services, and supports community education regarding PTSD and mental health crises.

Provides peer recovery support, rehabilitation assistance, crisis intervention under clinical supervision, client advocacy, wellness planning, education, and self-help strategies for individuals with mental health or substance use conditions. Supports recovery goals, vocational and social development, safety planning, treatment-team participation, community education, and coordination with families, agencies, and community organizations.
