Manage a portfolio of Enterprise and Mid-Market clients (French-speaking prioritized) to maximize product value, drive adoption, retain and grow revenue, run regular meetings and QBRs, identify KPI improvements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes and advocacy.

Drive outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads for Account Executives. Educate prospects on Red Points' anti-piracy and anti-counterfeit solutions, manage your pipeline in Salesforce, conduct high-level conversations with senior executives, and collaborate with sales leadership to build target account lists and progress deals to meetings.

Manage and operate Kubernetes/EKS clusters, develop Helm charts and Terraform modules, implement observability with Prometheus/Thanos, Grafana, and Loki, automate via scripting (shell/Python), and apply DevOps best practices for infrastructure monitoring and reliability.

The Sales Development Representative will prospect brands needing solutions against online infringements, generate qualified meetings, and collaborate with the sales team.
