Manage a portfolio of small B2B accounts, communicate with clients, support YouTube video optimization and content claims, coordinate recurring executions, maintain Salesforce CRM data, and research YouTube trends and potential sports-related clients. This is a paid, six-month, on-site internship requiring fluent English and interest in SaaS, digital media, sports, and intellectual property.

Manage and grow a customer book of business by driving product adoption, renewals, expansion, retention, and advocacy. Serve as a strategic advisor, lead executive business reviews and renewal negotiations, identify at-risk accounts, communicate customer needs to product teams, and develop expertise in intellectual property and brand protection. Use customer data, metrics, and industry trends to guide success strategies and demonstrate product value.

Manage customer relationships from sale through successful platform onboarding. Guide new clients through implementation, documentation, strategy development, training, and product adoption. Address questions, analyze IP portfolios, create repeatable onboarding resources, track onboarding metrics, and ensure customers realize value. Coordinate with internal teams and transition customers to Customer Success Managers after onboarding.

Lead and grow strategic partner relationships, manage the Revenue Recovery Program operations, support new partner acquisition, negotiate commercial agreements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive partner engagement and ARR growth.

Prospect and qualify enterprise brands facing online infringement by outbound outreach, research, and high-level conversations. Prioritize accounts with AEs, analyze online risk, coordinate meetings, and generate qualified opportunities while collaborating with sales, marketing, and prospecting teams.

Drive outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads for Account Executives. Educate prospects on Red Points' anti-piracy and anti-counterfeit solutions, manage your pipeline in Salesforce, conduct high-level conversations with senior executives, and collaborate with sales leadership to build target account lists and progress deals to meetings.

Manage and operate Kubernetes/EKS clusters, develop Helm charts and Terraform modules, implement observability with Prometheus/Thanos, Grafana, and Loki, automate via scripting (shell/Python), and apply DevOps best practices for infrastructure monitoring and reliability.

Manage a portfolio of Enterprise and Mid-Market clients to maximize product value, drive adoption, retain and grow revenue, run regular reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, and identify KPI improvements to achieve customer business goals.
