Prospects target brands affected by online infringements, counterfeiting, piracy, and distribution abuse. The SDR develops strategic account lists, conducts outbound outreach across email, phone, social media, and networking channels, engages senior executives, qualifies prospects, analyzes online risks, and schedules meetings for Account Executives. The role collaborates with sales, marketing, prospecting, and management teams while managing pipeline activity in a hybrid startup environment.

Provides internal IT support for Barcelona-based teams, troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, networking, VPNs, peripherals, meeting-room technology, and backups. Manages ServiceDesk, Google Workspace, Active Directory, LDAP, Proxmox, Jira, Confluence, and software deployments. Maintains device inventory, documents procedures, supports IT strategy, and assists with security, SSO, licensing, and company events. Requires professional experience supporting macOS, Windows, and Linux environments, strong communication in English and Spanish, and effective prioritization skills.

Manage and grow a customer book of business by driving product adoption, renewals, expansion, retention, and advocacy. Serve as a strategic advisor, lead executive business reviews and renewal negotiations, identify at-risk accounts, communicate customer needs to product teams, and develop expertise in intellectual property and brand protection. Use customer data, metrics, and industry trends to guide success strategies and demonstrate product value.
