Analyze identity, access governance, and authentication data to identify trends, anomalies, control gaps, and reporting issues. Build dashboards, reconcile data from IAM platforms, support IAM operations, and provide recommendations that strengthen access governance, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy. Collaborate with Identity Management, Cybersecurity, Technology, Risk, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders.

Lead data and business intelligence initiatives by translating business needs into scalable data solutions, standardized KPIs, reporting logic, and analytical use cases. Partner with stakeholders, engineers, architects, and BI teams across data integration, transformation, modeling, governance, and reporting. Validate data, investigate discrepancies, improve data quality, and provide technical leadership for cross-functional data initiatives.

Own backend architecture and develop APIs, scripts, and system integrations for AWS-based self-service and access visibility solutions. Translate business requirements into secure, scalable applications; define technical standards; support testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and ongoing improvements. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, manage technical risks and dependencies, document architectures and integrations, and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
