Red Pico is hiring a Data Analyst specializing in Identity & Access Management for our client, OMERS. You will turn identity, access governance and authentication data into meaningful insights and practical recommendations, combining data analytics, dashboard development, control reporting and hands-on support for IAM operations. You will work with Identity Management, Cybersecurity, Technology, Risk, Internal Audit and business stakeholders to spot trends, anomalies and control gaps across the identity lifecycle, strengthening access governance, reporting accuracy and audit readiness.

- Collect, cleanse, reconcile and analyze data from SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, authentication platforms and service management
