Leads professional services engagements and client accounts, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, margin, and KPI targets. Manages SOWs, P&L, change orders, reporting, invoicing, risks, and PMO standards. Builds executive client relationships, identifies and closes account expansion opportunities, supports sales pursuits, and coordinates cross-functional delivery teams. Requires strong consulting, program management, financial management, business development, and client relationship leadership, including Oracle Energy & Water implementation experience.

Learn and configure Oracle Utilities Software, collaborate with clients and technical teams to understand business needs and product features, document requirements and solution designs, support testing and implementation, and perform User Acceptance Testing. The role is remote-eligible within the United States but may require travel to client sites for up to two weeks per month.
