Configure, develop, and support Oracle Utilities Application Framework solutions: gather requirements, produce technical designs, implement code, ensure quality and standards, and support go-live and client teams.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Oracle CX4U solutions for utility clients, including integrations with smart meters/IoT, billing and outage management, AI/ML-driven personalization, compliance reporting, data migration, and client-facing workshops. Mentor teams and contribute to solution accelerators and go-to-market activities.

Designs, deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots resilient infrastructure supporting Oracle Utilities software for clients. Responsibilities include Linux server configuration, networking, firewalls, VPNs, hardware and software tuning, connectivity troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, process improvement, metrics, client communication, technical support, and on-call incident response. Preferred work includes WebLogic administration, virtualization, backup systems, Oracle Database administration, Active Directory, DNS, and Microsoft Office support. The role is remote within the United States with occasional travel for go-lives, incidents, and data center work.
