Lead day-to-day operations of a preschool, ensuring licensing and accreditation compliance, staff recruitment and development, curriculum implementation, enrollment and marketing, fiscal management, health and safety, and community partnerships. Oversee recordkeeping, staffing schedules, parent communication, and facility maintenance while supporting professional development and program quality.
