Manages school enrollment and marketing activities to attract, convert, and retain students. Develops marketing plans, digital and social content, community outreach, email and text campaigns, and recruitment events. Maintains CRM and enrollment pipelines, coordinates applications and registrations, verifies student documentation, and supports retention initiatives. Collaborates with school leadership, staff, families, community partners, and marketing teams while monitoring enrollment metrics and ensuring compliance with enrollment policies.

Leads daily preschool operations, staff recruitment and development, curriculum implementation, enrollment, family engagement, licensing, accreditation, budgeting, and health and safety compliance. Oversees staffing, records, schedules, classroom quality, professional development, community partnerships, facility needs, and regulatory requirements. The role requires knowledge of Louisiana childcare regulations, early childhood education practices, NAEYC and Cognia standards, and experience managing a large-capacity preschool.

Provides classroom coverage for absent elementary teachers by following prepared lesson plans, maintaining classroom routines, supervising student behavior, documenting daily activities, and supporting school policies. Collaborates with principals, supervisors, teachers, and staff while protecting confidential student information. Requires a high school diploma or GED, completion of a district substitute workshop, strong communication and organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency.
