Manage multiple client accounts and projects from kickoff through delivery for a creative performance marketing agency. Responsibilities include building project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client communications and feedback, tracking timelines, scope, dependencies, risks, approvals, and quality, and maintaining project documentation in ClickUp. The role also leads meetings, coordinates social and lifecycle marketing deliverables, supports creative production, and improves account workflows.

Manage multiple DTC client accounts to develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, loyalty, and subscription. Build content calendars, brief creative teams, run A/B tests and automations, monitor performance, report to clients, troubleshoot ESP issues, and collaborate with Paid Media and Creative teams using ClickUp.

Lead client relationships and grow business through strategic and creative account leadership. Manage multidisciplinary projects, advocate for client vision, advise on brand and marketing strategy, foster long-term relationships, and coach cross-disciplinary teams. Work hybrid in New York City.
