We’re searching for a dynamic Client Director who will help grow our business both strategically and creatively. You’re culturally aware, have worked in larger agency settings with big accounts, and have a strong point of view on what work you want to see exist in the world.

This role requires hybrid in office in NYC.
 

Who you are:

  • You have 10+ years of account management experience and can effectively manage multidisciplinary projects. 
  • You're an advocate for our clients’ businesses. You know how to establish a shared vision for success and consistently champion it to keep a project on track.
  • You’re a consultant. Your keen business insights and adaptive management style build trust with companies of all sizes. Whether partnering with a founder at a pre-launch startup or a marketing team at a Fortune 500 company, you form opinions on what’s needed for success and adjust your approach accordingly. 
  • You create order out of the unknown. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and get excited by learning about new categories and developing the right playbook for each client. 
  • You have a creative perspective. You actively contribute to the creative process and can guide our clients through it, advising how great design can impact their businesses.
  • You're a modern marketer. You’re highly curious and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to deliver brand-driven experiences leveraging our capabilities.
  • You’re a relationship builder. You can start from a single project and grow long-term client relationships with empathy and tact. You’ve built lasting relationships with clients, big and small, and have a record of success with organic growth, especially on a project basis. 
  • You are comfortable managing team members across levels and disciplines, ensuring everyone can excel in their respective roles and continue to achieve our clients' visions. You have the mindset and ability to orchestrate and guide people to make amazing work. 

Skills Required

  • 10+ years of account management experience
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary projects
  • Experience in larger agency settings with big accounts
  • Ability to establish and champion a shared vision for client success
  • Consultative business insight and adaptive management style
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to create order from ambiguity
  • Creative perspective and ability to contribute to and guide the creative process
  • Modern marketing knowledge and willingness to be hands-on with brand-driven work
  • Proven relationship building and track record of organic client growth
  • Comfort managing and mentoring team members across levels and disciplines
  • Hybrid in-office presence in New York City
