Define product vision, drive cross-functional execution with engineering, finance, compliance, and GTM teams, own RevRec and ERP integration strategy, and improve fraud detection, dispute workflows, and automation to reduce revenue leakage and audit risk.

Manage a portfolio of SMB merchants to drive renewals, retention, and expansion. Forecast and negotiate renewals, identify upsell opportunities, monitor merchant health, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes and meet revenue targets.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop features, perform code reviews, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while utilizing technologies such as Ruby on Rails and Golang.

Hunt and close new business across EMEA for Recurly's subscription management platform. Build and manage pipeline, qualify prospects, run end-to-end sales cycles, negotiate and close deals, and collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, Customer Success, Partners and Professional Services.

Manage campaign performance, AI-accelerated content and analytics, event logistics (EMEA lead, AMER support), budget and vendor relationships, and align activities with sales to drive pipeline and revenue.
