Perform hands-on data analysis and build/maintain models and views to power ad-hoc analysis and dashboards. Collaborate with stakeholders, validate data, and expand into full analytics engineering (dbt/BigQuery/BI) while leveraging LLMs to accelerate workflows.

As a Customer Success Manager II, you will cultivate relationships with mid-sized accounts, guide customers in utilizing Recurly, drive subscription growth, and ensure retention and satisfaction through strategic engagement and support.

The IT Administrator supports Recurly's IT infrastructure by providing technical assistance, configuring systems, and ensuring effective end-user support and training.

Lead AI automation initiatives by designing and building internal tools, integrating AI systems, and supporting IT operations with a focus on reliability and user support.
