Lead and optimize the end-to-end lead lifecycle, manage lead scoring and routing, troubleshoot Marketo-Salesforce integrations, partner with Demand Gen/Sales/RevOps, and ensure GDPR/privacy compliance while improving reporting and funnel performance.

Lead product strategy and execution for Recurly's Revenue Center covering fraud, chargeback, revenue recognition, and ERP integrations. Define product vision, drive cross-functional execution with engineering, finance, compliance, and GTM teams, own RevRec and ERP integration strategy, and improve fraud detection, dispute workflows, and automation to reduce revenue leakage and audit risk.

The IT Administrator supports Recurly's IT infrastructure by providing technical assistance, configuring systems, and ensuring effective end-user support and training.
