Design, implement, and support core platform services to enable Recurly to scale. Participate in requirements and solution design, estimate technical impacts, build reliable integrations, deploy to cloud environments, and collaborate cross-functionally. Use Golang and other languages, follow iterative development, and improve business value through maintainable code.

Lead product strategy and execution for Recurly's Revenue Center covering fraud, chargeback, revenue recognition, and ERP integrations. Define product vision, drive cross-functional execution with engineering, finance, compliance, and GTM teams, own RevRec and ERP integration strategy, and improve fraud detection, dispute workflows, and automation to reduce revenue leakage and audit risk.

Manage a portfolio of SMB merchants to drive renewals, retention, and expansion. Forecast and negotiate renewals, identify upsell opportunities, monitor merchant health, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes and meet revenue targets.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop features, perform code reviews, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while utilizing technologies such as Ruby on Rails and Golang.
