Design user experiences for subscription-management features using research-driven insights, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with product and engineering, apply design systems, incorporate AI/ML-driven workflows, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and participate in Scrum rituals to deliver accessible, usable solutions and iterate based on feedback.

Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation and ABM campaigns across AMER and EMEA. Manage campaign performance, AI-accelerated content and analytics, event logistics (EMEA lead, AMER support), budget and vendor relationships, and align activities with sales to drive pipeline and revenue.

Lead and mentor the Revenue Recognition engineering team; design scalable full‑stack systems; contribute hands‑on using Go and JavaScript/TypeScript; perform architecture, code reviews, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and Agile delivery; collaborate with product and design; apply AI-assisted development tools; and build domain expertise in revenue recognition.
