Supports daily accounting operations, including journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, accounts receivable, cash application, invoicing, collections, and month-end and year-end close processes. Assists with audits, tax and regulatory coordination, customer billing inquiries, internal control compliance, and billing platform maintenance. The role also identifies process improvements and manages related accounting projects.

Develop and own end-to-end full-stack features for a marketing and customer engagement platform using Ruby on Rails and Vue.js. Design APIs, data models, backend services, and customer-facing experiences; improve performance, quality, security, testing, and observability; mentor engineers; contribute to architecture; collaborate with Product, Design, and Customer Success; use AI-assisted development tools; and participate in agile delivery and incident response.

Lead and mentor the Revenue Recognition engineering team; design scalable full‑stack systems; contribute hands‑on using Go and JavaScript/TypeScript; perform architecture, code reviews, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and Agile delivery; collaborate with product and design; apply AI-assisted development tools; and build domain expertise in revenue recognition.
