As a Sales Development Representative, you'll drive customer acquisition through high-volume outreach, nurture leads, collaborate with sales teams, and manage KPIs in a dynamic environment.

Manage end-to-end lead capture, qualification, distribution, and follow-up. Maintain and optimize CRM data and processes, analyze lead performance, generate reports, and partner with sales and marketing to improve conversion through automation and continuous process improvements.

Support high-volume billing operations: manage billing case queues, reconcile billing changes to the general ledger, issue invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, maintain accurate records, analyze large datasets using Salesforce, Excel, and NetSuite, communicate cross-functionally, assist billing manager, and track department KPIs.
