Provides administrative and substantive support to the Legal Department, including preparing and proofreading legal documents, coordinating contract execution, maintaining legal and corporate records, tracking deadlines, supporting governance and compliance activities, and coordinating with executives, outside counsel, vendors, and internal teams.

Leads the company’s HR strategy and team, overseeing employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, compliance, HR operations, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development. Advises executives and business leaders on workforce matters, employment risk, organizational design, and leadership effectiveness. Manages HR processes, vendors, technology, budgets, metrics, and scalable employee lifecycle practices across a multi-state organization.

Own strategic healthcare payments platform initiatives from discovery through delivery and measurement. Align internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and customer success. Lead roadmap planning, integrations, onboarding automation, data synchronization, platform scalability, resiliency, and customer experience improvements. Define metrics, use customer feedback and data to improve outcomes, and influence partner product and engineering investments across a complex ecosystem.
