Administers drug testing and electronic monitoring services, including device installation, maintenance, alerts, account management, payments, scheduling, customer communication, and agency reporting. Meets with clients, maintains monitoring equipment and records, follows urine sample collection and chain-of-custody procedures, and coordinates billing and maintenance activities. The role requires customer service skills, organization, multitasking, Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, physical mobility, and occasional travel.

The role communicates with clients, supervising agencies, billing, and maintenance teams while managing multiple assignments and occasional travel.

Supervises non-residential community corrections case management across an assigned district or region. Reviews court reports, audits client files and case management quality, ensures policy and documentation compliance, and oversees staff hiring, training, scheduling, evaluations, payroll review, and corrective actions. Communicates with government partners and courts, may testify, supports audits, maintains confidentiality, and helps resolve disruptive situations. Domestic U.S. travel may be required.
