Leads and supervises Employment Specialists delivering supported employment across Tees Valley. Provides coaching, quality assurance, performance reviews, workforce development, and guidance on SEQF and Connect to Work requirements. Manages a small participant caseload, builds employer and partner relationships, monitors outcomes and satisfaction, supports co-production, and drives continuous service improvement.

Provides financial and administrative support for the Connect to Work Tees Valley programme. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting financial claims, reviewing expenditure and evidence, reconciling transactions, resolving payment queries, supporting month-end processes and maintaining financial controls. The role also supports meetings, shared mailbox management, partner newsletters, audits and wider project administration while ensuring compliance with grant guidance and contractual requirements.

Manage a caseload of adults receiving drug and alcohol recovery support. Complete assessments, recovery plans, reviews, risk assessments and safeguarding; deliver one-to-one and group interventions; coordinate with health, social care and community partners; maintain accurate electronic records; and support harm reduction, wellbeing and sustainable recovery through person-centred practice.

Provides administrative and project support for organisation-wide business change initiatives. Responsibilities include preparing documentation and reports, coordinating meetings and workshops, tracking milestones, risks and deliverables, maintaining project plans and records, supporting procurement and financial administration, and building stakeholder relationships. The role may also support or lead smaller projects and workstreams while helping ensure transformation activities are delivered effectively.

Support clients using the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model to find and sustain paid employment. Provide one-to-one coaching, employer engagement, interview preparation, workplace support, and caseload management while working with multidisciplinary teams to integrate employment into recovery plans.

Supports individuals experiencing drug and alcohol issues to secure and sustain paid employment. Responsibilities include promoting clients to employers, developing employer networks, arranging placements and work trials, providing in-work support, matching clients with vacancies, maintaining records, and collaborating with employment coaches and partner agencies. Full training is provided, and applicants with lived experience or backgrounds in recruitment, substance use support, or related services are welcomed.

Supports people who encounter the criminal justice system and may have mental health, substance use, learning disability, or other needs. The apprentice builds trusting relationships, helps individuals access health and community services, contributes to care planning and risk management, maintains records, works with partner agencies, and uses lived experience appropriately. The role includes custody, court, and community settings, plus one study day weekly toward a Level 2 Health and Social Care apprenticeship.

Manage and supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering mental health, homelessness, substance use, housing, and domestic abuse support. Responsibilities include overseeing daily service operations, developing intervention programs, coaching and supervising staff, monitoring performance and contractual targets, managing safeguarding and complaints, maintaining records, liaising with partner agencies, ensuring CQC compliance, and deputising for the Service or Area Manager.

Provide person-centred floating support and housing management to adults experiencing multiple disadvantage. Responsibilities include managing caseloads, conducting needs and risk assessments, creating support plans, supporting tenancy sustainment and independence, coordinating with partner agencies, conducting outreach, maintaining case records, and working flexibly across sites, including evenings and weekends.

Provide administrative support for Surrey IPS Employment Services by managing referrals, conducting initial triage, maintaining accurate client records in SystmOne, processing invoices through Workday, handling enquiries, and supporting daily service operations. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, communication skills, accurate data management, and the ability to learn new systems. Full training is provided.

Support people involved with the criminal justice system, including those released from prison, to access and remain engaged with treatment. Complete holistic, care and risk assessments; provide one-to-one interventions; develop recovery plans; coordinate with probation, prisons, courts, housing and partner agencies; maintain accurate records; and respond to safeguarding and risk concerns.

Provides person-centred recovery support to individuals affected by drug and alcohol use. Responsibilities include caseload management, assessments, personalised recovery planning, psychosocial interventions, harm reduction, safeguarding, risk management, group work, referrals, partnership working, and maintaining accurate case records. The role supports service users from initial engagement through sustained recovery and requires collaboration with families, professionals, and community agencies.

Manage a caseload of adults affected by opiate or alcohol addiction, creating and reviewing recovery and treatment plans. Deliver psychosocial interventions, support progression through structured treatment toward sustained recovery, reduce substance-related harm, and collaborate with partner organizations to improve clients’ health and wellbeing outcomes.

Support people affected by substance use through GP and primary care settings. Responsibilities include managing caseloads, conducting triage and assessments, creating recovery plans, coordinating treatment pathways, collaborating with healthcare and partner agencies, facilitating peer support, and delivering psychosocial interventions and one-to-one support.

Support people experiencing non-opiate substance use difficulties through assessments, risk management, recovery planning, psychosocial interventions, structured treatment, and sustained recovery. The role involves managing a caseload, building trusting relationships, coordinating with partner organisations, maintaining accurate case records, and helping service users reduce harm, change substance-use patterns, or achieve abstinence.

Supports people recovering from drug and alcohol use through assessment, personalized recovery planning, case management, psychosocial interventions, harm reduction, and group work. The role involves managing caseloads, assessing risks, coordinating with partner agencies, facilitating access to treatment and community resources, maintaining records, and encouraging sustained recovery and social support.

Autonomously assess, diagnose and prescribe for people with substance misuse and mental health needs. Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based treatments, provide clinical oversight, participate in CPD and supervision, and contribute to service development and patient outcomes.

Provide holistic, person-centred support to adults with substance use issues: manage a caseload, coordinate clinical and psychosocial treatment pathways, plan and facilitate recovery-focused groups, work multi-agency, develop and evaluate group programmes, and create individual recovery plans involving families and carers to promote sustainable recovery.

Support adults experiencing opiate and alcohol addiction through treatment and recovery. Responsibilities include managing caseloads, creating and reviewing recovery plans, delivering psychosocial interventions, providing harm-reduction advice, maintaining confidential records, and collaborating with colleagues and partner agencies to improve health, wellbeing, and sustained recovery outcomes.

Provides peer support to people affected by alcohol misuse during transitions from hospital to home and into community treatment. Uses lived experience to build trust, encourage treatment engagement, support recovery and relapse prevention, promote wellbeing and independence, advocate for access to services, contribute to support planning, recognize safeguarding concerns, maintain professional boundaries, complete confidential records, and work flexibly across sites and in the community.
