Provide assessments, recovery planning and psychosocial interventions for children and young people affected by substance use. Manage a caseload, perform risk and safeguarding assessments, deliver one-to-one and group support, undertake outreach across North Tyneside, liaise with families and partner agencies, maintain accurate records and contribute to multi-agency safeguarding and recovery outcomes.

Lead and manage local services, ensuring high-quality assessments, recovery-focused support plans, staff management and development, budget oversight, contract monitoring, and service improvement aligned to regional business plans.

Provide specialist substance-misuse assessment and interventions for parents within safeguarding teams; advise social workers on risk and safety planning; coordinate rapid access to adult treatment; deliver workforce development, consultation, and reflective practice to reduce escalation to child protection and improve family outcomes.

Lead end-to-end delivery of high-profile strategic and transformational projects. Translate organisational priorities into project plans, business cases and risk registers. Manage budgets, progress, stakeholders and governance, support implementation (process design, data analysis, change delivery) and contribute to portfolio and methodology improvements. Travel nationally as required.

Provide one-to-one and group recovery support for people in HMP Holme House, managing caseloads, carrying out triage and comprehensive assessments, producing and reviewing recovery and risk plans, liaising with partner agencies, and maintaining accurate online case records to support person-centred recovery.

Provide person-centred recovery coordination for people with mental health, substance use or related needs. Manage a caseload, create and review tailored recovery and treatment plans, deliver one-to-one and group therapeutic interventions (MI, CBT, PSIs, ITEP), reduce substance-related harm, and work with partner agencies to achieve positive health and wellbeing outcomes.

Partner with regional managers to provide HR advice and support on employee relations, performance, engagement, workforce planning, change and wellbeing. Coach leaders, help deliver smooth employee experiences with central HR, and contribute to cultural and organisational development across multiple sites.

Provide person-centred employment support to ~40 clients recovering from mental health challenges: job search, CVs, applications, interview prep, workplace adjustments, SMART action plans, record-keeping, and employer/partner engagement across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

Manage and provide operational leadership for a residential recovery team at Holder House, ensuring safe, high-quality support for people with complex mental health needs. Line-manage staff, deliver supervision, training and coaching, drive service improvements, monitor performance and reporting, support partnership working and contribute to management-team decisions.

Manage a caseload of adults receiving recovery support in community settings. Deliver person-centred interventions for opioid substitution therapy, alcohol and non-opiate use; develop recovery plans; facilitate groups; liaise with healthcare and social care partners; support volunteers and peer workers.

Manage and lead a team of Recovery Coordinators delivering drug and alcohol and related support services. Oversee caseload management, staff mentoring, performance monitoring, record-keeping, service development, and ensuring inclusive, KPI-driven delivery in partnership with the Services Manager.

Volunteer co-facilitate regular SMART Recovery meetings: welcome newcomers, follow SMART meeting structure, support session planning and admin, report safeguarding concerns, prepare resources, and complete required facilitator training if not already certified.

Support external affairs, policy and campaigning by horizon scanning, briefing senior leaders, coordinating a national campaign, drafting policy submissions and communications, organising events, representing the organisation in partnerships, and ensuring lived experience informs policy and advocacy.
