Teams at Recovery Focus

Leads and supervises Employment Specialists delivering supported employment across Tees Valley. Provides coaching, quality assurance, performance reviews, workforce development, and guidance on SEQF and Connect to Work requirements. Manages a small participant caseload, builds employer and partner relationships, monitors outcomes and satisfaction, supports co-production, and drives continuous service improvement.

Provides financial and administrative support for the Connect to Work Tees Valley programme. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting financial claims, reviewing expenditure and evidence, reconciling transactions, resolving payment queries, supporting month-end processes and maintaining financial controls. The role also supports meetings, shared mailbox management, partner newsletters, audits and wider project administration while ensuring compliance with grant guidance and contractual requirements.

Manage a caseload of adults receiving drug and alcohol recovery support. Complete assessments, recovery plans, reviews, risk assessments and safeguarding; deliver one-to-one and group interventions; coordinate with health, social care and community partners; maintain accurate electronic records; and support harm reduction, wellbeing and sustainable recovery through person-centred practice.
