Teams at Recovery Focus

Provides person-centred support to people affected by drug and alcohol use. Responsibilities include caseload management, recovery planning, triage, assessments, risk and safeguarding management, psychosocial interventions, harm-reduction advice, group support, accurate recordkeeping, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, families, and partner agencies.

Support people with mental health challenges to retain and succeed in paid employment. Provide individualized workplace guidance, benefits and wellbeing advice, employer engagement, workplace problem-solving, case documentation, progress monitoring, and ongoing in-work support. Build effective relationships with clients, employers, clinical teams, and partner organizations while helping clients overcome employment barriers and achieve sustainable outcomes.

Provide individualised, evidence-based IPS employment support to people using mental health and substance misuse services. Manage a caseload, deliver rapid job search, build employer relationships, facilitate work trials/placements, provide in-work support, maintain records, and work within multi-disciplinary teams to improve employment outcomes.
