Provide direct support and supervision to patients receiving behavioral health and substance use services; ensure safety, monitor behavior, lead educational and recreational activities, assist with crises and de-escalation, document care, process belongings, support admissions/visitation/orientation, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team in inpatient/residential/detox settings.
