Develop, modify, and optimize Reconstruct's Android and iOS mobile apps from ideation through release. Build UI per customer needs, implement new features, fix bugs, test performance, collaborate with backend/frontend/design teams, and communicate with users to deliver value.

Manage post-sale customer lifecycle for AEC clients: lead onboarding, conduct health checks, resolve escalations, advocate for customers internally, and identify upsell and renewal opportunities.

Research and prospect B2B accounts, run outbound email/phone/LinkedIn campaigns, engage decision-makers to qualify opportunities, manage leads in HubSpot, provide feedback to internal teams, and consistently meet/exceed qualified opportunity targets.

Design, implement, test, and maintain scalable, secure SaaS platform features across frontend and backend. Lead architecture decisions, use IaC and CI/CD for deployments, collaborate with product and DevOps, troubleshoot complex customer issues, and address technical debt.

Identify and research target accounts, run outbound email/phone/LinkedIn campaigns, qualify leads, have high-level conversations with decision-makers, manage pipeline in HubSpot, and provide feedback to Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to consistently generate qualified opportunities.

Lead and hands-on contribute to the SaaS platform engineering team, define roadmaps, collaborate with product and execs, drive DevOps and agile practices, ensure quality, deliver releases, and respond to customer-impacting issues for a global AI/ML-enabled product.
