Provide compassionate client-facing support for intake and litigation teams: answer calls/messages, conduct intake interviews, verify eligibility, complete forms/contracts, organize documentation, explain legal processes, follow up on required steps, suggest process improvements, and participate in training.

Design and execute test plans for web apps, APIs, and integrations; perform manual, exploratory, regression, and UAT testing; log and track defects; collaborate with Product, Dev, and DevOps; validate releases for production readiness and regulatory compliance; improve QA processes and maintain testing documentation.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including GL, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, AP/AR, payroll support, cash management, budgeting, and internal controls. Provide financial analysis, support audits and tax activities, improve processes, and partner with leadership to inform decision-making and ensure compliance.

The HR Generalist supports HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and training while promoting a positive workplace culture.
