Manages accounting and financial operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, payroll, tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audits, and process improvement. Partners with leadership to provide financial analysis, recommendations, and accurate information for business planning and decision-making.

Leads the firm’s training and enablement function by designing onboarding, role-based training, instructional materials, policy documentation, and compliance programs. Manages Paylocity course administration, training delivery, completion tracking, proficiency evaluations, policy version control, and auditable records. Partners with department leaders and subject-matter experts to standardize training across offices and identify development gaps. This on-site role requires occasional travel between office locations.

Leads daily IT infrastructure and service delivery across offices and remote environments. Oversees service desk operations, Microsoft 365, identity and endpoint management, networks, workplace technology, vendors, assets, budgets, continuity planning, and operational recovery. The hands-on manager leads infrastructure and support staff, coordinates incidents and changes, implements approved security controls, maintains documentation and audit evidence, and partners with security, development, QA, product, facilities, and business teams.
