Provides compassionate client support for intake and litigation departments by responding to inquiries, conducting interviews, verifying eligibility, completing forms, organizing documentation, explaining legal processes, securing signatures, and following up on required steps. Maintains confidentiality, accuracy, and service quality while collaborating with team members, supporting process improvements, adapting to changing priorities, and participating in ongoing training.

Leads day-to-day HR operations, team development, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, leave and accommodations, workers’ compensation, employee relations, investigations, compliance, performance management, and compensation analysis. Advises leaders, manages complex HR matters, improves processes, audits records, applies employment laws, and supports both on-site and remote employees.

Owns and scales complex mass tort campaigns by designing workflows, case review processes, dashboards, status structures, and project plans. Reviews case files, identifies documentation and eligibility gaps, routes cases for attorney review, coordinates internal teams and external partners, directs workloads, and tracks campaign progress. Prepares reporting and action plans for attorneys and leadership while maintaining accountability, quality, and timely case progression in a high-volume legal operations environment.
