Serve as a technical partner for enterprise real estate customers to drive adoption, troubleshoot and triage technical issues, reproduce and document bugs, coordinate escalations to engineering, and deliver tailored success strategies. Manage high-volume client requests, advise on integrations and workflows (MLS/IDX, CRM, e-signature), maintain knowledge base, and monitor deliverables to ensure customer outcomes and retention.
