Manage a book of 50–70 growth-stage merchants to drive retention, product adoption, and expansion. Conduct business reviews and success plans, use data and health signals to prioritize work, partner with Sales and cross-functional teams, and resolve product/support issues to achieve measurable merchant outcomes.

Manage a book of 50–70 growth-stage merchants to drive retention, adoption, and expansion. Develop deep merchant understanding, deliver business reviews and success plans, use data to surface risk and growth, support technical/product issues, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to achieve outcomes.

Manage a portfolio of strategic EMEA merchants, drive subscription-led growth, lead renewals, advise on product adoption and features, resolve escalations, run QBRs/EBRs, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve retention and expansion.

Provide technical support to merchants using the Recharge subscription platform: troubleshoot issues, answer technical questions, communicate clearly, escalate bugs to engineering with context, use Intercom and ticketing tools, make occasional outbound calls, and contribute to team goals while working shift-based West Coast hours.
