Own renewal strategy, drive platform adoption, demonstrate ROI, resolve escalations, facilitate business reviews, track portfolio metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve retention, expansion, and merchant outcomes.

Build scalable data pipelines, ELT processes, infrastructure, and dimensional data models supporting internal analytics and customer-facing data products. Implement data quality monitoring, auditing, alerting, warehouse optimization, and governed semantic layers for AI and LLM-enabled analytics. Partner with technical and business stakeholders, improve data processes using AI, and deliver reliable metrics from diverse data sources.

Manage a book of 50–70 growth-stage merchants to drive retention, product adoption, and expansion. Conduct business reviews and success plans, use data and health signals to prioritize work, partner with Sales and cross-functional teams, and resolve product/support issues to achieve measurable merchant outcomes.
