Build and own Java/Spring backend services supporting credit origination, risk analysis, loan disbursement, and repayment. Design reliable, secure, fault-tolerant systems on AWS, contribute to architecture and incident reviews, collaborate with product, data, and risk teams, and mentor peers. Experience with lending, event-driven architecture, fraud prevention, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code is advantageous.

Leads architecture and development of real-time anti-fraud systems, including transaction decisioning, rules engines, streaming pipelines, model-serving infrastructure, auditability, and explainability. Partners with Data Science, Risk, Fraud Operations, Compliance, and engineering teams to build high-performance distributed systems, mentor engineers, and improve technical practices.

Leads business analytics for a credit card product, identifying and executing growth and profitability initiatives from hypothesis through measured results. Analyzes retention, usage, margins, P&L, cohorts, and unit economics; builds budgets and forecasts; and connects Product, Credit Policy, Collections, and CRM/MarTech teams. Supports product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and executive decision-making while using AI to accelerate analysis and automate routines.
