Own complex A/R and denials, run biweekly collections placement, perform QA and coaching, build payer playbooks and root-cause fixes, manage appeals and high-dollar accounts, and drive A/R and appeal KPIs to measurable targets.

Submit and verify patient claims and insurance eligibility accurately and on time, resolve patient billing questions with empathy, maintain daily worklists, identify and flag recurring denials, and meet QA and clean-claims benchmarks to keep the revenue cycle flowing.

Manage core HR workflows across the employee lifecycle: job descriptions, performance management, HRIS integrity, compensation administration, benefits oversight, compliance, leave management, and engagement initiatives. Coach managers, build scalable HR systems, produce analytics on turnover/headcount, and reduce organizational risk while embedding company values.

Partner with guests after clinical evaluation to explain recommended treatment pathways, build trust, address hesitation empathetically, and convert recommendations into scheduled treatment starts. Coordinate scheduling, clinical and financial teams, document decisions and barriers, and meet performance KPIs for treatment starts, scheduling, and guest satisfaction.

Provide patient-centered, systems-based functional care focused on sleep wellness. Translate root-cause diagnostics into personalized treatment pathways, guide patients through care journeys, drive measurable healing outcomes, and communicate clearly while owning clinical results.

Provide chairside assistance for functional airway dentistry, including diagnostic data collection (vitals, intraoral/extraoral photos, 3D scans, CBCT, rhinomanometry), equipment setup/calibration, infection control, and support for oral appliance and clear aligner therapies while delivering patient education and an elevated patient experience.

Manage aged accounts receivable and complex payer denials to recover revenue. Own assigned accounts end-to-end, prepare and submit timely appeal packets, identify denial trends, escalate high-dollar accounts, coach junior billers, and maintain high-quality patient financial communications.

Lead front-office clinical operations, supervise check-in/check-out staff, manage scheduling and KPIs, ensure accurate patient registration and insurance, resolve patient issues, coach staff, and partner with access/billing to improve appointment access and collections.
