The AVP level additionally provides enterprise-wide strategic counsel and leads complex initiatives across functions.

Senior executive responsible for strategic, operational, and financial performance of a national industrial real estate business unit. Oversees acquisitions, development, dispositions, leasing, property operations, capital deployment, P&L, risk management, ESG, and stakeholder relationships. Leads cross-functional teams, shapes portfolio strategy with Capital Markets and Investment Committees, and represents the company externally while building high-performing leadership teams.

Lead enterprise resiliency strategy and program maturation across BC/DR, crisis management, and emergency response. Build governance, run BIAs and DR testing, integrate cyber and facilities responses, deliver executive/board reporting, and drive training and readiness to transition from ad-hoc to tested, measurable resiliency capabilities.

Lead Dutch and multi-jurisdictional European tax compliance and reporting, support tax structuring and post-acquisition tax processes, liaise with internal teams and external advisors, manage VAT and direct tax filings, assist audits and payments, develop tax automation and software, and bring compliance in-house to support Realty Income's European expansion.

Lead finance transformation strategy and roadmap, oversee systems analysts and configuration of Yardi and BlackLine, drive transformation initiatives, manage change and KPIs, and ensure efficient monthly close processes while building a high-performing team.
