Lead finance transformation strategy and roadmap, oversee systems analysts and configuration of Yardi and BlackLine, drive transformation initiatives, manage change and KPIs, and ensure efficient monthly close processes while building a high-performing team.

Serve as Yardi subject-matter expert: administer and support Yardi platforms, create SQL queries and custom reports, troubleshoot issues, manage users/permissions under SOX controls, coordinate upgrades/patches, provide end-user support and training, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver ERP solutions.

Lead analysis and execution of redevelopment, acquisition, and value-add transactions for retail/industrial assets. Prepare financial models and Investment Committee materials, negotiate with tenants/brokers/developers, train analysts, coordinate with legal and internal teams, track project metrics, and support reporting and special projects.
