Own the end-to-end product strategy for lead ingestion, validation, spam prevention, and multi-channel delivery. Lead API and webhook CRM integrations, SLA performance, infrastructure consolidation, delivery reliability, customer documentation, and self-service onboarding. Partner with engineering, data, operations, customer success, sales, and senior stakeholders to prioritize roadmaps, monitor pipeline health, and improve customer and revenue outcomes.
