Secure Realtor.com’s AI platforms across AWS and GCP by designing agent guardrails, identity controls, containment, supply-chain protections, detection, and incident response. Lead threat modeling, secure CI/CD, AI red teaming, and secure-by-default platform frameworks. Partner with enterprise cybersecurity, build security automation using AI agents, educate teams, evaluate emerging threats and vendors, and advise leadership on AI governance and risk.

Build and lead a centralized Operations Excellence organization spanning SRE, quality engineering operations, FinOps, and release management. Define strategy, frameworks, KPIs, governance, and investment roadmaps; improve reliability, quality, deployment velocity, incident response, and cloud cost efficiency. Recruit and develop teams, integrate existing talent, manage budgets and vendors, and influence engineering and product leadership. The role requires executive presence, technical depth, organizational change leadership, and experience scaling operational excellence across large engineering organizations.

Lead experimentation, product analytics, and reporting for Owners and Sellers. Conduct exploratory, descriptive, statistical, and predictive analyses; design multivariate tests; define success metrics; and translate consumer behavior insights into product and business strategy. Build AI-enabled self-service reporting, improve tracking and data quality, and develop scalable ETL pipelines while partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Business Intelligence teams.
