Leads the company’s accounting and finance operations, including close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, compliance, and insurance oversight. Builds financial models, dashboards, controls, and scalable systems while improving processes and automation. Partners with the CEO and executive leadership on strategic decisions, serves as a technology-services liaison, and recruits and develops finance personnel.

Support project managers on tenant improvements, renovations, and new development projects. Maintain financial trackers, coordinate meetings and site visits, track RFIs/submittals, assist with budgets/schedules, prepare status reports, review bids and invoices, and help close out projects. Communicate with internal and external teams, identify and track issues, and occasionally oversee smaller projects or portions of larger projects as experience allows.
