Manage and maintain project and knowledge management systems (Trimble Unity Construct/Field), administer changes, coordinate with vendors, deliver training, maintain documentation, develop reports, lead PM systems committee, and drive system adoption and improvements.

Lead renovation and development engagements from diligence through occupancy. Manage schedules, budgets, resources, consultants, permitting, site visits, risk mitigation, and change orders. Drive business development, client relationships, and thought leadership. Mentor staff and, when applicable, manage team performance and hiring.
