The Senior Data Analyst develops data models, dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support behavioral health programs and organizational decisions. The role extracts, cleans, transforms, and analyzes complex datasets using tools such as SQL, Python, and R; identifies trends; communicates findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders; ensures data integrity and confidentiality; and mentors junior analysts. The position handles protected health information and supports compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.

Manage bookkeeping and accounting records for small and mid-sized business clients using QuickBooks. Reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, process payroll, support tax return preparation and planning, address tax notices, maintain documentation, and serve as the primary client contact. The role requires accurate work, proactive communication, independent prioritization, and collaboration with tax accountants and CPAs.
