Support sewing supervisors to meet production, quality, safety, and training goals. Operate and absorb multiple sewing operations and key line equipment, maintain production records, support continuous improvement, employee relations, and safety, and assist in supervising production line employees.

Lead and supervise garment production operations, ensuring on-time, cost-efficient, high-quality output. Manage supervisors and team leads, monitor KPIs, enforce QMS and safety, drive continuous improvement, handle staffing/training/performance, maintain regulatory compliance for AbilityOne and US Warfighter commitments, and produce production, cost, quality, and HR reports.

Administer and improve core business systems (Epicor, Exenta, GSD), manage user access and master data, build BAQs/SSRS/Power BI reports, integrate systems with SQL, support manufacturing and finance processes, lead ERP projects, and potentially supervise up to two analysts.

Design and implement cost‑effective manufacturing processes and layouts, apply lean and Six Sigma tools, plan sewing lines, create BOMs/work instructions, support product launches, resolve production issues, and manage assigned projects to improve efficiency, ergonomics, and quality.

ReadyOne Industries is hiring Sewing Machine Operators (full- and part-time) offering paid training, a 4-day work week, and work supporting the AbilityOne program. Duties include marking patterns, trimming and cutting, applying fuse materials with heat press, pick-and-turn operations, preparing parts, assisting inspection, following instructions, and maintaining safe work practices.
