ReadyOne Industries is hiring Sewing Machine Operators (full- and part-time) offering paid training, a 4-day work week, and work supporting the AbilityOne program. Duties include marking patterns, trimming and cutting, applying fuse materials with heat press, pick-and-turn operations, preparing parts, assisting inspection, following instructions, and maintaining safe work practices.

Support sewing supervisors to meet production, quality, safety, and cost objectives. Operate and absorb sewing operations, run key line equipment during shortages, maintain training and employee records, support continuous improvement, safety and employee relations, and assist supervision of production line staff.

Support Sewing Supervisors to meet production, quality, safety, and training goals on garment lines. Operate sewing equipment, absorb sewing operations during shortages, maintain training and records, support continuous improvement, and assist supervision and employee relations.

The Garment Production Lead supports sewing supervisors, oversees production lines, ensures quality standards, and maintains employee relations while promoting a safe work environment.

Design and implement cost‑effective manufacturing processes and layouts, apply lean and Six Sigma tools, plan sewing lines, create BOMs/work instructions, support product launches, resolve production issues, and manage assigned projects to improve efficiency, ergonomics, and quality.

Administer and improve core business systems (Epicor, Exenta, GSD), manage user access and master data, build BAQs/SSRS/Power BI reports, integrate systems with SQL, support manufacturing and finance processes, lead ERP projects, and potentially supervise up to two analysts.

Close manufacturing orders in the ERP, verify labor/material/quantity transactions, research and correct job-cost discrepancies, compile routine reports, maintain documentation and checklists, and coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Finance to keep production and inventory data clean and timely.
