Lead regional fundraising strategy and donor portfolio management for Los Angeles and Minnesota. Lead Reading Partners Tulsa as the region's chief executive: set vision, grow program reach, manage fundraising ($1.9M+), oversee operations, staff, AmeriCorps volunteers, and school/community partnerships to scale literacy impact across Tulsa.

Provide strategic leadership for a national portfolio of regional reading programs, supervise and coach Program Managers, ensure program fidelity and student literacy outcomes through data analysis and action planning, collaborate with Regional Executive Directors, support national program projects, and travel periodically to regional sites.
