Leads Reading Partners literacy programming across 4–6 Minnesota schools. Manages AmeriCorps volunteers and community tutors, oversees student enrollment, assessments, attendance, curriculum implementation, and literacy outcomes. Builds relationships with school and community partners, analyzes student data, develops improvement plans, and coaches staff. Also leads Minnesota READ Act training compliance, supports volunteer engagement, and contributes to regional operational and fundraising initiatives.

Lead NYC fundraising to achieve $3.8M in private revenue by designing and executing diversified development strategy across individuals, foundations, corporations, local government, and events. Manage and coach development staff, oversee board and associate board engagement, direct fundraising operations in Salesforce, run pipeline and stewardship, and represent Reading Partners externally to deepen regional growth and partnerships.

Manages nonprofit fundraising operations, including Salesforce data integrity, gift processing, reporting, dashboards, donor systems, staff training, onboarding, reconciliations, and regional support. Supervises a Gift Processing Associate, improves development systems and processes, coordinates Salesforce enhancements, maintains fundraising protocols, and supports revenue tracking across the organization. This remote role requires occasional travel.

Lead the FP&A function, manage a small finance team, and support the CFOO in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, financial modeling, and variance analysis. Build reports and dashboards, enhance Adaptive Insights usage, ensure compliance for grants and covenants, support month-end close, and provide financial guidance to national and regional leaders and the Board.
