Lead regional fundraising strategy and donor portfolio management for Los Angeles and Minnesota. Cultivate and steward institutional, corporate, and individual donors; drive board engagement, events, and communications; manage fundraising operations and Salesforce tracking; partner with Executive Directors and National Development to meet ambitious revenue goals and support regional growth.

Manage Executive Office operations for the CEO and Chief of Staff, including calendar and travel logistics, stakeholder and board coordination, Salesforce-based moves management support, project management for cross-functional initiatives, development of operational systems and processes, and proactive executive support in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Lead the FP&A function, manage a small finance team, and support the CFOO in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, financial modeling, and variance analysis. Build reports and dashboards, enhance Adaptive Insights usage, ensure compliance for grants and covenants, support month-end close, and provide financial guidance to national and regional leaders and the Board.
