Lead and scale post-sale customer organization across strategic account management and high-volume customer success operations. Oversee enterprise account management, retention, expansions, and a technical support organization; drive AI/automation, operational reporting, customer feedback loops into Product/Engineering, and cross-functional partnerships to improve onboarding and support efficiency.

Own Read AI’s product marketing strategy as a hands-on senior individual contributor. Define positioning and messaging, develop customer-backed use cases, lead product launches, manage website narrative and conversion, enable Sales and Customer Success, and measure adoption and retention. The role also runs voice-of-customer research, tracks competitive intelligence, and supports both self-serve and enterprise go-to-market motions for an AI-powered collaboration platform.

Own brand and creative execution across visual identity, video, social, campaigns, launches, marketing websites, and sales enablement. Create short-form videos, product demos, landing pages, campaign variants, launch assets, and platform-specific social content. Partner with growth, product marketing, product design, and web development teams to translate complex AI capabilities into compelling visual stories. Use performance data to improve creative while maintaining brand quality and consistency.
