Provide frontline customer support and coordination for enterprise and tiered accounts: manage Zendesk tickets and email, assist live troubleshooting calls, lead small onboarding sessions, prepare usage and renewal reports, create/update documentation and demo content, support CS projects, and recommend process improvements while owning tasks to completion.

Design, build, and standardize third-party integrations (OAuth2, webhooks, push/pull flows). Improve scalability and reliability of event-driven systems (Kafka, SQS, CDC), design APIs, build health dashboards, and collaborate on system design and production code to support rapid user growth.

The VP of Marketing will shape the marketing strategy, build a marketing team from scratch, scale demand generation, optimize product-led growth, and align product, sales, and marketing efforts.
