Lead new-client onboarding and transition engagements: manage historical accounting cleanup, chart of accounts redesign, data migrations, and QuickBooks Online/Bill.com implementations. Own scoping, budgets, timelines, client communication, and handoff quality while mentoring junior staff and improving standardized onboarding processes.

Oversee tax compliance, planning, and consulting; review complex tax returns; provide technical tax advice; manage engagement workflow and billing; supervise and mentor staff; ensure returns comply with federal and state regulations.

Manage and supervise audit engagements through planning, fieldwork and wrap-up. Ensure GAAP/GAAS application, validate internal controls, draft complex financial statements, mentor staff, manage budgets, billing and collections, and support business development and client relations. Provide technical research, prepare communications to management/audit committees, and ensure audit quality and methodology compliance.

Lead a team delivering government financial reporting and consulting services, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, quality control, client communication, process improvement, technical research, and business development to drive engagement profitability and practice growth.

Lead and execute complex business valuations and financial models (cap earnings, public company comps, DCF). Produce valuation reports, advise clients, supervise and mentor junior staff, perform Quality of Earnings and transaction advisory work, conduct management interviews and site visits, and help acquire and close engagements.

Advise clients on tax implications and planning, manage tax engagements and teams, perform tax research and compliance, communicate with tax authorities, provide technical tax advice, and support business development and mentoring of staff.

Perform assurance-focused audit work: prepare financial statements and disclosures, apply GAAP/GAAS, document workpapers, assess internal controls, research accounting issues, supervise engagements, and communicate findings with engagement teams.

Lead and execute business valuation and transaction advisory engagements from proposal through delivery. Travel to client sites as needed (10–15%).

Prepare government-segment financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries. Research account discrepancies, review balances, prepare clear work papers, support clients and team members, and develop familiarity with governmental accounting while progressing toward CPA eligibility.

Serve as primary client contact for advisory and accounting engagements; review financials, oversee AR/AP, ensure compliance, manage projects and deadlines, coach and supervise staff, deliver client recommendations, and support business development.

Lead financial analysis and valuation engagements using advanced techniques (DCF, public comps, capitalization of earnings). Produce valuation reports, advise clients on transaction, ESOP, and estate valuations, mentor junior staff, perform client interviews and site visits, and support Quality of Earnings work to ensure engagement quality and client satisfaction.
