Manages client relationships for managed IT services accounts, serving as the liaison between clients and technical teams. Conducts quarterly business reviews, develops cybersecurity and technology strategies, monitors service obligations, identifies expansion and sales opportunities, manages proposals and renewals, tracks KPIs, and supports service delivery, marketing, and client implementations.

Manages multi-state sales and use tax consulting, including nexus studies, risk assessments, taxability research, voluntary disclosures, and client advisory work. Oversees sales tax software implementations across ERP and ecommerce platforms, configures tax engines, develops taxability matrices, and implements exemption certificate management. The role also supports tax technology improvements, AI-enabled consulting workflows, project management, and direct client relationships.
