Serve as primary customer contact during home improvement works: schedule appointments, keep residents informed, resolve complaints, collect feedback, coordinate with site teams, support reporting and continuous improvement to drive customer satisfaction.

Lead day-to-day delivery of construction and social housing projects, managing site teams and subcontractors to meet programme, budget, quality and safety requirements. Ensure compliance with CDM, Building Regulations, Planning and Building Safety Act; maintain site records, inspections and permits; liaise with clients, residents and stakeholders; support project mobilisation, progress reporting and mentoring of junior site staff.

Support the Head of Partnerships by maintaining partnership plans and CRM records, coordinating meetings and regional activity, producing reports and relationship maps, conducting research and sector intelligence, and assisting bids and administrative tasks to strengthen client relationships and retention.

Use customer feedback, performance data and analytics to develop KPIs, reporting and early warning indicators; identify trends, root causes and risks; recommend and embed practical improvements across regions; support operational teams, clients and senior stakeholders; lead and coach Customer Experience Managers; ensure compliance with GDPR and sector requirements; manage data capture, dashboards and Board reporting.

Manage regional SHEQ systems and ISO implementation, support operational teams on-site, conduct audits and incident investigations, liaise with regulators and insurers, produce trend analysis, and drive local safety improvement strategies.
